Health Guarantee Terms

• Veterinary Check & Vaccinations:
  Each puppy will receive a vet check, first set of vaccinations, and deworming before going home.

• Buyer’s Vet Check Requirement:
  Buyers must take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup for a health evaluation. If any serious health issues are discovered, they must notify us immediately.

• What the Guarantee Covers:
  We guarantee that the puppy is in good health at the time of pickup and free from any life-threatening genetic defects for a period of one year from birth.

• What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover:
  This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Common issues such as worms, parasites, ear infections, or minor colds (as these are treatable conditions).
  • Any illness caused by neglect, improper diet, environmental factors, or lack of veterinary care.
  • Hernias, retained testicles, or cosmetic defects that do not affect the puppy’s quality of life.
    
    

• Refund & Replacement Terms:
  If a vet determines that the puppy has a genetic or life-threatening condition within the guarantee period, the buyer must provide official vet documentation. We offer a replacement puppy from a future litter. Refunds are not provided.
